    Default FB elbow

    AAPC: Back to School
    A paitent comes in with laceration requiring admission. The ED Dr. documents that he removed 2 pieces of glass from wound. I used 24200 does that require a rt and lt modifier or can it stand alone?

    you can use rt or lt or 50 depending on what the dr. did
