    Default physician assistant for modifier 25

    AAPC: Back to School
    If a PAC manages the pt- can we use the same rules for applying 25??

    Yes, anytime a pt is in the office for an ov w/procedure, modifier 25 is required. Unless, pt had surgery it would be a post-op visit. Hope this helps
