    Default Vaginal delivery w/incidental repair

    AAPC: Back to School
    Vaginal delivery, after placenta delivered physician noticed what appeared to be a vaginal band that came loose which was excised and closed...is this incidental or should be billed as a repair?

    Depending on the actual documentation and addition time this took, I would add -22.
