Chemo and Flu shots

    I am still a little confused as to the 99211. I have read conflicting information on when and when not to use it.

    We have patients who come in for chemo, once they are here, they request a flu shot which our physicians are happy to provide. Can we charge a 99211 with mod -25 for the flu shot?
