    Default What was injected?

An injection is usually a treatment, NOT a diagnostic procedure. What substance was injected?

It falls into management options. I would consider it low as in minor surgery (with no identified risk factors). Now, if it is being performed because the chronic condition is exacerbated that could be moderate. But if you are just looking at the injection itself I would consider it low...
    Just my opinion...
