Can a surgeon bill for using a c-arm while performing a closed reduction of a femur? If not, when can we code and bill for the use of a c-arm?

Also, can you code and charge when a surgeon uses fluoroscopic guidance while performing spinal surgery? Which codes are 'typically' used for spinal surgery?

    TIA

Closed treatments with Manipulation usually allow for the fluro.

There are times Fluro is covered with Ortho and Spinal. Here is the medicare NCCI site and you can look up and see if it's bundled or not with any particular code.
