Default code for meds in office?

Family Practice physician had to break into the crash cart and give a patient nitroglycerin and asprin. Are these drugs separately billable?

Was the patient in a critical state? Thus the need for a crash cart? Would this then be considered critical care?

I would not code for those supplies/drugs separately.
