1997 exam bullet question

  1. #1
    Default 1997 exam bullet question
    Medical Coding Books
Cardiac: S1 and S2. Tachy. No murmurs, rubs or gallops.

Does this exam fall under one or two bullets?

And does it fall under Auscultation of the heart?

I say it falls under Auscultation of the heart, which gives you only one bullet.

    Looking for feed back.

    Daniel, CPC

  2. Default
That would be how I would count in... All fall under auscultations

  3. #3
    Just 1 bullet.

    Laura, CPC, CEMC
