Revision of Vaginal Anterior Repair

    Default Revision of Vaginal Anterior Repair
    Medical Coding Books
    I am not sure how to bill this patient for the revision of the repair. Dx of vaginal bleeding and anterior vaginal wall dehiscene.

    Did you look at 57200 or 57295?

    Thanks for the reply. I was looking at 57295. I don't have an OP note and I hate coding this particular doctors notes w/o one.
