    Default Revision of Apogee

    AAPC: Back to School
Anyone familiar with this? My doc. did a revision of a posterior apogee (Mesh). What codes would you use? Any help would be great. Thanks

If your doctor took a vaginal approach for the Apogee revision, you would use 57295. If he used an abdominal approach, use 57296.
