Synvisc + Facet

    I know synvisc injections are for the knee - but I was trying to figure out what other part of the body (hip or shoulder) they were considering "experimental". I always like an article (AAOS) that mentions this type of situation.

    I think my Dr's are going to want to expand their Synvisc injections. Any info please fire away.

    Also looking for articles on the new Facet coding guidelines. Thanks again! Happy New Year!

    January 2010 Ortho Pink Sheet just released today has a TON of info on the new facet injections.
