    Default proper v-code placement

According to Coding Clinic 90:1Q7, V58.30 is used for dressing change, there is no mention of original wound. Is V58.30 the only code that would be used or do you also code the original wound second?

V58.30 is used by itself. The original wound no longer exisits so you do not code it.
