    How many bullets would you count for this?

    CV: S1 and S2 normal, regular rate and rhythm

    Neck: Supple, no JVD (Jugular venous distention)

    I would give 2.

    Neck supple is 1 in MS and auscultation of the heart is 1 in CV.

    I agree that you have two bullets here.....CV-ausculation of the heart, and MS for neck.
