I have a General Surgeon billing 33208 and 76000, he states once the lead was deployed the lead parameters were not acceptable. Multiple attempts at repositioning the lead was unsuccessful. A second ventricular lead was then positioned and this was easily positioned under fluoroscopy. It seems like the 76000 is included in the 33208 or should we be using a different code other than 76000 like maybe 71090?
