    Default CONSULT CODING - Help
    Medical Coding Books
    Hi everyone - HERE we go! My Doc saw a Medicare patient
    in the hospital for a consult and gave me CPT 99253
    Since Medicare no longer is recognizing consult codes - Would I code this as a 99221 ANY Input would be greatly appreciated TIA
