    Default Removal of external/internal fracture fixation pins/screws etc.
    Medical Coding Books
    I would like some guidance on reporting the removal of fixation devices during a global period.

    Is it appropriate to report this procedure if the patient is still in the global period?

    Any references for proof you can give me would be great.
