    Question Biceps sheath debridement
    Medical Coding Books
I need a cpt code for a biceps sheath debridement. Op note states:

"there was a significant amount of hyperemic synovial thickening in the biceps sheath and this was carefully debrided under direct visualization using a synovectomy rongeur."

    Thanks for any help!
