    Cool Peripheral coding help needed.

    AAPC: Back to School
Let me start from the begining. Does the order in which the cpt codes are listed on the claim matter for reimbursment??? Just wondering.

    more to questions to follow....

    Default Highest RVU first

If there is a difference in RVU then, yes, the order does matter. List the highest RVU first so that it is paid at full rate and any multiple surgery discount is taken on a lesser RVU service.

I believe you can bill the 36218, 36248 codes an "infinite" amount of times.

That is what I was told by Jim Collins at a seminar I went to his a few years back. Think of the number "8" sideways and it is the infinity symbol.
