    i am looking for articles that explain when you can bill an inpt visit and a colonoscopy on the same day. i you can't just put a 25 modifer on the visit but someone i work with was. i need something that is in laymans terms. anything you have is much appreciated.

    I don't know what area you're in but this link may be helpful in explaining the mod 25 use on same day as a procedure....
