    having a really hard time coding contusions correctly. some asking for 5th digit but can't find listings for those digits

    Once you find which contusion in the index then look up that specific code and you will find the fifth digit needed. Is there one in particular you are looking for?

    First find the respective site of contusion then refer tabular list.
    Tabular list is easy way to correct coding.
