    Smile Refer to the experts

    Hi JOANH,

Carol Buck pg.94 logically explains when to utilize modifiers. You can also post scenarios at the forum and let all the coders give there candor. Experts serve the forum everyday and pretty much answer any straightforward to complex coding scenario asked. You kind of got to get a feel to who is knowledgeable on certain aspects of coding and then add them to your buddy list.
