    Default PAC is same specialty/same practice?

    If I understand your post correctly, the PAC is part of your specialty and practice.

    If the above is correct, Yes, code the fracture care with the ED visit and the subsequent office visit is global.

    If the PAC is NOT a part of your practice, this is a new patient visit, but I do not see any fracture care documented.

    Default Fracture ED

    The PAC work in the ED only for the hospital that owns our clinics. We are under the same tax id number for billing purposes.
