    Diagnosis: 4. Extension abduction deformity, second toe.

    NAME OF OPERATION: 3. Plantar skin wedge removal to correct extension deformity of second metatarsophalangeal joint.

    .............Attention was then turned to the second toe. On the plantar aspect, an elliptical skin bridge was removed and the second toe was brought down with the skin wedge removed............

    How would y'all code this? I have 735.8 and 11420, with other possibilities mentioned: 15839 or 28313. Any input will be appreciated! Thanks!
