    Default Is this is acceptable 25 modifier twice same DOS

    AAPC: Back to School
    Can I use modifier 25 with preventive medicine and E/M same date of service

    I think you meant to say 99385 (preventive code).

    Mod 25 is along with E/M only not with preventive code
