    Default family history vs routine

    AAPC: Back to School
    If a patient comes in for a colonoscopy because their ins pays for routine screenings, but the patient has a family history of colon cancer. would you use both the v76.51 and v16.0? Some ins co use the family history as medical.

    Yes sequence the V76.51 first.
