Default 33530-- per each valve redo?
    Medical Coding Books
If there are multiple valve redo's, do you code 33530 with each valve redo or only once per surgical session?

  2. Default
Just once, per operative session, this code is to help the surgeon bill for the extra time it takes getting through scar tissue or adhesions.
