    Default vulva lesion help

    AAPC: Back to School
Procedure note states "area prepped with betadine, infiltrated with 1 cc 1% lidocaine, vulva lesion removed with sharp scissors and sent to pathology"

How would you code this procedure CPT?

    Thank you
