    Can someone help me with a dx for a shadow in a xray of the neck or back?? He states when he see a shadow that's when he orders a ultrasound??

    What X-ray is he doing when he orders this?

    i would choose code from 793.xx nonspecific(abnormal) findings on radiological and other examination of boday structure

    The x-ray are of either the neck or back... He states "Shadow of necK??"
