Modifier needed?

A patient presented to Urgent Care for care to a wound that had reopened from a previous surgery. The surgery was performed out of town by a MD that is not with the group we work with. Do I need to use any type of modifier?

I would not think you would need a modifier, since your physician did not perform the original surgery.
