Endovein Harvest Assists

Our surgeon has a nurse that assists him in all surgical cases (ACB, Valves, lungs...). She is an RN but is also a certified first assist (RNFA). In the state of Ohio she is not able to bill for her services. She does the endovein harvesting for ACB's and this is where we seem to be losing money in not being able to bill for her. My question is can we bill for the EVH or any vein harvest that she does under the physician? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Just to clarify I know the surgeon cannot bill for assisting his own surgery, I mainly want to see if he can bill for the EVH.
    Thank you for your help

Hi our practice is in PA and we bill all of our Endo veins or radial harvests under the primary surgeon.
