    Default Dx for pterygium no longer present

    AAPC: Back to School
    A patient has a pterygium removed at the end of 2009. They are seen in clinic today for follow up for history of recurrent pterygiums but there are none present on exam. No ther diagnosis are documented other than history of recurrent pterygiums.
