    I need help coding for multiple warts removed. Please Help!;

    You can use 17000 for the first wart removed. For the 2nd thru 14th warts removed you can use 17003. Hope this helps.

    17000, 17003 and 17004 are for PREMALIGNANT LESIONS only, ie actinic keratosis. You should be using 17110.
