ORIF and Fluroscopy

    Exam Training Packages
    We use the AAOS Complete Global Service Data books and are wondering if the "included" services noted as intraoperatove supervision and positioning of imaging and/or monitoring equipment by operating surgeon or assistant(s) would be considered as 76000?
