Xrays during ortho surgeries

    What do my doctors need to have to be able to bill out the proffesional component at the hospital, when they are reading xrays during the procedures???

    the would need to dictate a radiology report that reflects that of a true radiologist.

    So putting something in thier op note that states they reviewed AP and Lateral views of the LT wrist wouldn't count?
