I need HELP!!!!!! I work for a hospitalist group of 3, there are plans to add a fourth with the plan of us opening an internal medicine clinic(for people who need to be seen before endoscopy, pts who can't get into the PCP that day but need to be seen and don't want to incur an ER visit, you get the idea). My thing is billing and reimbursment.......How do you bill for these things and get paid??? I want to get my ducks in a row so I have something to contribute when I am asked if this will work on this end. Let me know your thoughts and if anyone is doing anything like this, let me know, your input would be most helpful!!!
