    Default Tendon Repair

    AAPC: Back to School
    I have a question I have a tendon repair due to a rupture and a graft was used since this isn't a 2ndary repair would you bill for the graft seperately? 27664 with without a graft.

    Can you tell me about the graft? Was it harvested from the patient or is it something else? I am assuming ankle?
