How would you code parathyroid gland autotransplanted into forearm after a parathyroidectomy? I'm considering V42.89 (other organ or tissue replaced by transplant) or V43.89 (other organ or tissue replaced by other means). Anyone have any guidance or suggestions for me?

V42.89 because the organ is specified but not listed
