Default Dx for mucosal contact headache

    AAPC: Back to School
I am having a problem trying to figure out a dx for mucosal contact headache. Does anyone out there have an idea on what ICD dx I should use for this? Best I can come to is 478.19. Any better codes out there?

I would think you would use 784.0 as the primary code......?
