Need your opinions - does 36415 require physician supervision?

My boss said that there must be a supervising physician in suite in order to do lab. I am trying to find the documentation on this for one of my offices....

if it is in a physician office setting yes, if it is in a freestanding lab then no. It has to do with licensure.
