Unhappy Need Help!! New to Ortho/Fracture coding
    Exam Training Packages
I'm new to ortho and have not clue on how to correctly code fracture care.

Pt had post op visit in office after having surgery, we applied a short arm cast, fiberglass. I know I can bill for the cast, but what code do I use to bill for the supply of the fiberglass, do I use Q4010 or do I use A4590, they are both circled on my fee ticket. Thanks for anyone's input.

I would bill the Q code in addition to the cast.

Does anyone know how to find the Medicare allowable amount for this Q code, it is not in our system fee schedule. Thanks,
