    AAPC: Back to School
    physician does physicals and every now and then does not do the pap smear until the following week (i.e. menstruating) what e/m would I code for the pap smear visit?

    Treat it just as you would a "planned procedure". It is a continuation of the Prev visit. Code only for what is done.
