multiple tongue biopsies

  1. Default multiple tongue biopsies
    New Call-to-action
Can someone please refresh my memory. If the surgeon performs multiple biopsies of the base of tongue (41105), can these be billed separately with 59modifiers?

  2. Default
If the biopsies are of different lesions, I would use the 59 modifier.
