I'm curious...what do you do with your handouts and notes from the various seminars, webinars and conferences? How long do you keep the handouts? I'm trying to get myself better organized and I'm sure there are some great, efficient ideas out there!

I have been scanning the handouts with my notes for about the last year and storing them on a flash drive but even that is becoming cumbersome. I find myself keeping handouts that pertain to the specialty that I currently work in as well as specialties I've worked in in the past, just to keep current.
