    Hello,

I am trying to bill inpatient 99232 w/ 36620. I submitted 99232-25 and 36620-59. Carrier denying 36620 as incorrect modifier. I've always used this modifier.... Any help would be appreciated!

Denial was correct no need to append Mod-59 with 36620.

Denial is correct. Modifier 25 does it all for you here. The only time you would use the Modifier 59 is if you did two separate procedures. Then you would put modifier 59 behind the second procedure.
