    Default Help! Surgery modifier needed

    AAPC: Back to School
    We are performing a huge surgery where on Day 1 we will operate for 10 hours - close the site - then on Day 2 operate for 10 more hours. What modifier should I use???

    58 it is for a staged or related procedure during the postoperative period by the same physician
