Thread: 28285 with MCP tenotomy

    Default 28285 with MCP tenotomy

    AAPC: Back to School
    When a 28285 is performed and with it to correct deformity further he does a seperate incision and does a MTP tenotomy. can both those be billed together? I have researched and come up with different answers to this question. Can someone shed some light??
