    If a cystic mass was excised from volar aspect of proximal phalanx superficial to the pulley system and attached to the pulley would the code for the excision of the cyst come from the integumentary or musculoskeletal? Inscicion was taken down to the subcutaneous tissue.

    Look at 26160 or 26115, 26111.
