Question Hospital follow up with RN
    Medical Coding Books
A patient is scheduled as "hospital f/u" with a cardiology RN who reports 99211 and 93000. Since the visit is not scheduled just for the ekg and the nurse does a very good note(of course with the help of EMR), is it appropriate to code both?
