I am needing information and documentation requirements for coding these. Does anyone here know how to code these? I have done alot of research but cant seem to find what i need.

  2. Default
Is something like this what you are looking for? It is the ACR guidance about documenting 3D for CTA.

  3. Default
    The CPT codes are:

76376 3D rendering w/ Interpertation and reporting NOT requiring postprocessing on independent workstation

76377 3D rendering requiring postprocessing on independent workstation.

The reading physcician has to state in his report one of the two above statements. In the CPT code book it lists the code that CAN NOT be used with 76376 & 76377
