Diagnosis coding screening mammogram

  1. Default Diagnosis coding screening mammogram
    New Call-to-action
OK, when diagnosis coding this service, the G0202, (and there are findings) is it correct to only put on the v76.11-v76.12 OR should you use the v-code with the appropriate findings code OR just the findings code?
    Thank you, Jessica

You are required to code the screening first. The findings are incidental and are secondary codes.
